Returns & Exchanges

Returns are welcome within 30 days from original ship date. Should you need to return an item due to a manufacturing defect, returns are welcome within 3 calendar months from original ship date. Returns are made through Canada post.. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless due to a defect.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMIZED ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNLESS OF A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS WITH VINYL WRITING OR GRAPHICS APPLIED REQUIRE HAND WASHING ONLY. IN NO INSTANCE ARE THESE ITEMS DISHWASHER SAFE. WARRANTY IS VOID IF THEY ARE NOT HAND WASHED ONLY.
